Before founding SYJ Solution, its founder spent five years, from 2010 to 2015, at Value Data Services in Tanjombato — one of Madagascar's largest outsourcing centres. The company, born from the SCEMI group, moved under Morocco's Outsourcia group in 2016 and now operates as Outsourcia Madagascar. Large-scale customer relations, data processing, the discipline of a centre running 24/7: that industrial rigour is what he now applies, on the ground, to the hotels and lodges of Nosy Be.
