The quote calculator transmits nothing. The entire calculation and PDF generation happen in your browser. No data entered on that page reaches SYJ Solution unless you send us the document yourself.
3. How the audit form transmits your data
The "Get my audit on WhatsApp" button does not automatically send anything to a server. It prepares a message containing your answers and opens it in your WhatsApp app. Nothing is transmitted until you press send yourself, and you can edit the message beforehand.
As a static site, it has no database. Your information reaches SYJ Solution via WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, and is then kept in our sales-tracking tools. Using WhatsApp implies accepting Meta's privacy policy, over which we have no control. If you prefer not to use this channel, write to us directly at syj.solution207@gmail.com.
4. Recipients
Your data is neither sold, rented nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible to SYJ Solution alone. Technically involved in the chain are:
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — routing of WhatsApp messages.
- Google Ireland Ltd — Gmail service used for correspondence (the site's fonts are self-hosted; see the Cookies and trackers page).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the static site (Cloudflare Pages).
- Beds24 — only within a channel-manager installation project, and only for your establishment's operating data.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on the contractual safeguards published by those companies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to syj.solution207@gmail.com stating your request. Reply within 30 days at most. No proof of identity will be requested, unless there is serious doubt about the requester's identity.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of processing carried out before withdrawal. We make no automated decision producing legal effects: the audit score is a guidance tool, never a selection criterion.
6. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. It has no user account, no password and no database: the attack surface is kept to a minimum. Sales exchanges are kept in accounts protected by two-factor authentication.
In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk to your rights, the persons concerned will be informed as soon as possible.
7. Minors
SYJ Solution's services are aimed at tourism-accommodation professionals. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors.
8. Changes to this policy
Any substantial change is published on this page with a new update date. The version in force is the one shown here.
